Pierce George

Chicago White Sox organization RHP · Triple-A

101mph

Has hit 100–101 in games.

Pierce grew up in Austin and pitched four years of varsity at Lake Travis. He went through the high school showcase circuit, so he knows what it takes to get on a recruiter's board. From there he pitched at Texas and Alabama, got drafted by the White Sox, and is pitching in Triple-A now.

The approach

Everything has a purpose.

Don't copy a drill because it looks cool or because it worked for someone else. Find what works for your body. Everything in your program comes back to that.

  1. No drill without a reason.

If we can't tell you why you're doing something, it's not in your program.

  2. Built for your body.

What works for another pitcher might not work for you. We find what does.

  3. Measure, then adjust.

We test, train, and retest. The numbers decide what changes.

Training

Three ways to train.

In person in Austin during the offseason. Remote or hybrid year-round. Same approach either way.

Players who can get to Austin in the offseason and want coaching face to face.
What's included
Hands-on sessions with your coach in Austin.

Remote

Anywhere · Year-round

Who it's for
Players outside Austin, or anyone who wants coaching during the season.
What's included
Remote programming, video feedback, and messaging. Evaluations over Zoom, and your workouts in an app.

Hybrid

Austin + remote · Year-round

Who it's for
Players who want in-person sessions in Austin and remote coaching in between.
What's included
A mix of in-person sessions in Austin and online support.

What we coach

Pitching, workouts, and nutrition, built around one plan. Take all three, or pick the one you need.

Pitching
Mechanics, video review, and bullpen plans.
Workouts
Strength and conditioning programming.
Nutrition
Meal plans and weekly check-ins.

Pricing depends on the format and the package. It's shared after your assessment.

How it works

Simple on purpose.

  1. Apply

Fill out the assessment form so we know where you're starting from.

  2. Assessment

One of us follows up to set up your evaluation. Remote players do theirs over Zoom. Pricing comes after this step.

  3. Your Program

You get a plan built for how you move: pitching, workouts, nutrition, or all three. Every drill in it is there for a reason.

  4. Retest

We measure again, see what changed, and adjust the plan.

FAQ

Questions.

What ages do you work with?

All ages. Your plan is built around where you are now, not where someone else is.

Do I have to live in Austin?

No. In-person training is in Austin, but remote coaching works from anywhere, year-round.

How does remote coaching work?

Remote coaching runs year-round, wherever you are. Evaluations happen online and over Zoom, your workouts live in an app, and you get video feedback and messaging with your coach.

Can I sign up for just pitching, workouts, or nutrition?

Yes. The full package puts all three into one plan, but each one is also available on its own: in person, remote, or hybrid.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the format and whether you take the full package or a single service. Fill out the assessment form, and we'll go over pricing when we follow up.

Start with the assessment.

Fill out the form and one of us will follow up. We'll go over where you are, how we'd train you, and what it costs.
